“I’ve been participating in Randeen’s boot camp sessions since January of this year, and I really enjoy the workout I get.  I started out with just one week-end session, but I also join in another session during the week because I really like the results.  What I like about Randeen’s boot camp over other sessions I’ve joined in the past is she keeps her work-outs casual yet very effective.  She caters to the needs of the group and gives us modifications where needed.  For example, I have not-so-great knees, and Randeen will give alternatives for me to still work the muscle groups but not at the expense of my knees.  She also is very democratic….we all prefer strength training vs running or jogging (because we do that on our own), so she makes the class about strength and balance.  I’ve truly enjoyed being a part of Randeen’s boot camp, and I’m very happy with the results I am getting.  Schedule permitting, I will continue with as many sessions as I can!”
