I initially focused my business on women and men Baby Boomers who are looking to get back into shape or are taking their first steps towards a fitness lifestyle. I want to see people embrace their age and show the world that 50, 60 or 70 truly is just a number.

But what about Gen X or Y, those who may be the children of a Boomer or two? I have had the privilege of working with clients from 20 to 95. My passion is equally committed to helping younger people find the motivation they seek to become fit and fabulous members of their community. I want my clients to want to exercise because they know the results are worth the work!

Bottom line? I design exercise plans that match client goals not only with current abilities but hidden potential, including:

Customized exercise sessions of one hour include use of balls, bands, weights (including one’s own bodyweight), pilates and yoga movements, and much much more!

Cardio exercise which are integral to a balanced program. I consult with clients to find his or her best cardio solution(s) and help with perfecting technique to achieve maximum results.

Flexibility and balance which are important to clients of all ages. Often overlooked, balance, flexibility and stretching are essential components of fitness and help to prevent injury and accidents. That is, in an effort to avoid a fall because of lack of balance, we end up pulling or spraining a muscle or joint. I will help you to keep or rediscover your sense of balance as well as work on joint and muscle mobility.

Boot Camps that push every muscle to the max! Boot campers lunge, squat, run and do burpees and pushups to their last breath. It is a non-stop hour of hard work and hilarious cross talk. You have to be there to believe it! That goes with the results too!
