Currently we have two Boot Camps running
STARTER BOOT CAMP

Just what is Boot Camp?
Boot Camp is a term derived from military style outdoor training. My camp is fun and exhilarating and will challenge every aspect of your health and fitness by packing a maximum exercise inside a teensy weensy hour by the lake. Using a circuit form of training, we will incorporate jumping, jogging/walking, calisthenics, push-ups, squats, and balance work into a routine that utilizes our own bodies, bands, balls, and the natural steps and walls afforded by the Hike and Bike Trail. There will be lots of rest periods throughout to keep everyone on an even keel. Be not afraid!! I am not training Olympians! My mission is to work with those who want to get a jump start in the New Year or are looking to shake up that tired routine. This is TOTALLY for all levels. I want you to want to exercise because you have proof that the results are worth the work!

Three days a week – Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 5:30 to 6:30 am
Randeen attended Boot Camp “Camp” in July where she learned the latest and greatest
in boot camp training from high intensity interval training to unique trends in flexibility
training to new twists on traditional exercise. She’s ready to share it all with you to help
you reach a whole new level of fitness.
Sunrise Boot Camp is fun and exhilarating and will challenge every aspect of your health
and fitness by packing maximum exercise inside a teensy weensy hour. There will be
jumping, jogging/walking, calisthenics, push-ups, squats, plyo drills and balance work.
Bored? NEVER – every day will bring new and exciting challenges.
COME ONE COME ALL – Sunrise Boot Camp is TOTALLY for anyone who wants to:
- HAVE FUN
- LOSE FAT AND GAIN MUSCLE
- MOVE THOSE MUSCLES — MAYBE SOME YOU DIDN’T KNOW YOU HAD!
- BURN CALORIES – LOADS OF ‘EM!
- CARDIO – ABS – CORE and MORE makes for INCREASED ENERGY ALL DAY LONG
WHEN: 5:30 – 6:30 am Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (11 total for March)
NOTE: No Boot Camp week of Spring Break March 15-19
WHAT to BRING: Water, yoga mat, dumbbells, resistance bands
