About Me

Randeen

NSCA-CPT, CPR and AED, and ARC First Aid Certified.

We all need confidence and self-esteem to succeed personally and professionally. I want to share my devotion to health and wellness with all of my clients as we work together to engender that confidence while building lifelong habits for health and well-being. Middle-aged and older individuals will relate to the challenges I faced over 25 years of corporate life in maintaining my own health and fitness while living the life of a road and sky warrior. Younger clients will find I have experienced many of their same issues along the way to more “maturity”.

On a personal level, I have many interests that seem to include movement of one sort or another! Whether training for a triathlon or open water event or just getting in some exercise, you might find me stroking the clear water at Deep Eddy, pedaling down Shoal Creek, or jogging the streets and trails of central Austin. I love to travel, including a couple of stints living and working abroad — all of which only fuel my travel bug! My list of places to see runs everywhere from hiking every trail at Big Bend to the hills and dales of New Zealand and Machu Pichu. Adventure may as well be my middle name! There are some quiet moments as well, when you’ll find me reading the newspaper or reading the latest title on my Book Club’s list. Most important of all, and what I enjoy above everything else, is hanging out with my little grandsons, who redefine the word endurance!
