Individual physical and psychological fitness are core to the overall health and well-being of our community.  As a Personal Fitness Trainer (NSCA-CPT), facilitating clients' health and wellness has become my passion because I have witnessed firsthand the debilitating effects of too much work and little if any play.  High stress environments and/or intense travel can exact a heavy toll in terms of personal health.  Prioritizing fitness and wellness is a lifelong challenge and I can help every step of the way!  In sharing my devotion to health and wellness with my clients, together we will engender lifelong habits for health and well being.
