Individual physical and psychological fitness is core to the overall health and well-being of our community. As a Personal Fitness Trainer (NSCA-CPT) serving the Austin area, facilitating clients’ health and wellness has become my passion. I have witnessed firsthand the debilitating effects of too much work and little if any play. High stress environments and/or intense travel can exact a heavy toll in terms of personal health. I help my clients to look at fitness as a lifestyle, not a dispensable nuisance. In sharing my devotion to health and wellness with my clients, together we will engender lifelong habits for health and well being.
